Why is it important?

It gives a local view of how African researchers access electronic journals and raising challenges specific to them.

Perspectives

Researching for this article was a pleasure, it was heart warming to see the efforts researchers go through in Africa to pursue their research. Seldom with less institutional support, no research grants and no any other motive to publish except self actualisation. This work is dedicated to all those African researchers under some candle light burning mid night oil in pursuit of knowledge
