What is it about?

In view of the need to develop capable practitiones that will be able to handle real estate management, which is believed to be the highest asset of a household, real estate students are to undergo work experience scheme intended to expose them to practice The study tried to evaluate the opinion of students in Nigerian higher institutions of learning about how they feel they are being trained to be able to performm efficiently as real estate practtioners in the contemporary business world.

Why is it important?

It has shown that the scheme is beneficial to real estate education. As such, findings of the study have revealed the need for the government to make it mandatory for employers of labour to engage students who are looking for placement where they can do the training.
