Dynamic capabilities are the firm’s abilities and processes to reinvent its resources to thrive in changing environments. This study establishes a taxonomy of dynamic capabilities with 19 concisely defined dynamic sub-capabilities that allow a common understanding and effective communication between researchers and managerial practice.
