What is it about?
Nearly half of 18–24-year-olds report drink spiking on themselves or someone they know. I have used a reflective account from a young male university student to provide a personal version of an incident he had at university. I found that his drink was probably spiked but the paramedics assumed he had drunk too much alcohol and did not seem to consider his symptoms might have been linked to drink spiking.
