What is it about?

This study show that a peer support early intervention for Filipino College Students resulted in significant improvements inadaptive coping, socio-emotional competencies, well-being, and decreased depression symptoms in the treatment group but not in the control group. Participants report both intrapersonal and interpersonal growth from the program.
