What is it about?
This study look at the impact of online peer support group that focused on building resilience skills of Filipinos during the COVID-19 pandemic. It consisted of six resilience modules that participants could go through on their own time. Moderators facilitated the forum discussions enabling participants to share and support each other. Results revealed improvements in adaptive coping behaviors, non-reactivity, psychological well-being and resilience and decrease in depression symptoms.
