A 360° evaluation of stepped-care psychotherapy: APSI yrs 4-5

What is it about?

We look at whether service users' levels of mental distress decrease after brief psychological intervention. We use clinical outcome data, as well as service user and referrer feedback, to get a 360degree perspective on the effectiveness of this stepped-care psychotherapy service.
