What is it about?

The paper studies the adaptive strategies of R&D professionals to the new work culture of work from home (WFH) during the Covid-19 pandemic. While understanding adaptive strategies, it establish the linkage between organizational culture and prosocial behavior of organizational members within and outside the organization. In addition, it advocates organizational culture plays a vital role in navigating uncertainty.
