What is it about?

The aim is to analyze the mediation effects of the transfer of information between, first, the processes of orientation in the organizations and the culture of learning and, second, between the processes of empowerment and the culture of learning.

Why is it important?

It has been pointed out that the orientation processes, which facilitate a universal horizon of action in the organizations, and the processes of empowerment that help people to fulfill their objectives impact on the learning culture of the organizations. In this context, the role of the transfer of information in this process is raised. The effect of moderation and, with it, the importance of the management of the training in the culture of learning and by extension in the learning in the organizations is verified.

Perspectives

The development of a learning culture is critical in today's organizations. Values towards learning and change are central elements in the maintenance of competitive advantage and advance towards a paradigm of enterprise that has one of its fundamental principles the management of organizational culture.
