What is it about?

There is an increasing trend towards the adoption of online doctor consultation platforms due to the growing penetration of smartphones and the internet globally. These platforms make use of digital technologies to enable the ubiquitous online interaction between the users and doctors in real-time. This study aims to investigate the external and internal stimuli, which affect the organismic experiences of the users and thereby influence their response in terms of behavioral intention towards the use of these platforms. In fact. this is one of the few studies, which has looked beyond the role of technology-oriented factors in influencing the perceived value and trust elements while investigating the behavioral intention among the users towards the online doctor consultation platforms.
