What is it about?
It's about which factors are the key elements when delivering Shipping Courses in the medium of English.

Why is it important?
It is important for its methodological approach of combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy protocol with in-depth interviewing. Also it is important for its conclusions which emphasise that 'English' knowledge is not the key factor, but that this 'English' must be contextualised within the subject knowledge.
Perspectives
It is important because it again underlines the key themes of many of the projects I have worked on that there is in fact no such thing as an 'English' that can be cut away and prepared separately from the subject. Instead, the subject knowledge and teacher knowledge must be combined and contextualised for successful delivery.
