What is it about?
The use of Integrated Library System (ILS) in libraries across the world has helped in service delivery encouraging most libraries for its adoption. The publication is an investigation on the adoption and use of ILS in academic libraries in two States of Nigeria.

Our finding show factors that encourage the adoption of ILS in libraries and the challenges, thereby providing adequate information and ways of managing ILS for effective service delivery.
Perspectives
This article provided a rare opportunity to collaborate and share ideas with my co-author whom I had always looked forward to write with. It gives us better focus about ILS and how it can benefit libraries across the world. The time we had together in writing this article was worthwhile.
