Attrition rate in IT organization is very high in Indian IT organizations and globally. The study is helpful in understanding the phenomenon of attrition through leadership and employer branding perspective.

Perspectives

IT organization take work from knowledge workers. Retaining them is the big challenges in today's competitive environment. Psychologically attached employee intend to remain with the organization for longer duration. This can be developed through good leadership practices. A competent leaders is helpful in keeping the employee engaged and thereby building brand image of the organization. This article helps in understanding the interaction between these variables.
