What is it about?

Ethical leadership is very essential phenomenon in every organization because it influence followers behavior, actions and decisions. Ethical leaders helps to build a positive image of organization in eyes of its stakeholders and this way decides the organization's destiny. An effective and efficient leader integrates ethics with leadership and thus makes its presence felt and emerges as a role model to play a more positive and valuable role in an organization.
