This study includes implications for changing the new behavior of professionals in university libraries in order to be adapted in this new digital age. A survey was conducted on the behaviors of professionals in some Algerian university libraries.

This paper will have a study more exhaustive about the new behaviors of specialists in librarianship of Higher National Schools of central Algiers region. The objective of this work is to study the behavior of professionals information and libraries facing the changes taking libraries and to see what the impact of new technologies on the profession of librarians and what is the challenge of digital.
