Why is it important?

Much of the literature on qualitative analysis utilizes expensive software packages and multiple rounds of coding that is prohibitive for many libraries. The model described in this article serves as an alternative for libraries without a lot of money or time to invest in qualitative analysis but that still wish to extract meaningful information from their LibQUAL+ comments.
