What is it about?

Libraries have changed considerably since the 1970s. Much of this change has been driven by the growth of data that libraries must manage in their day-to-day operations and the shift from analog to digital information. These changes have resulted in observable physical changes in libraries, new formats in collections and new services or new ways to provide old services.
