What is it about?

E-services have become the norm in today's service industry. However, their design and consumption cannot be separated from the information system through which they are delivered. Consequently, understanding how the attributes of the information system and other factors affect e-service consumption can help in ensuring that e-services are better targeted to their users and organisations achieve the objectives for deploying e-services.
