What is it about?

The research reports on a mixed-methods study that measured responses to an online questionnaire that contained three evidence-based tools: 1. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ5X[Short]); 2. Identification with a Psychological Group (IDPG) scale; 3. Measure of Job Satisfaction Scale (MJS). The differences in rater and ratee responses were measured and formed the basis of questions used in semi-structured interviews that were then subjected to Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to provide an in-depth analysis of phenomena that provided greater depth of understanding about why these differences exist.

Why is it important?
