Our results show the importance of organizations generating learning opportunities. Learning opportunities facilitate group learning and create learning culture which contributes to the sustainable growth of organizations.
Perspectives
This work opens important lines of research related to strategies of the intervention of the organizations in the learning. Especially it is to recognize the conditions that improve the group learning in the companies.
