Work related learning of mayors and secretaries
What is it about?
Development of management competencies and use of learning strategies, among municipal officers during the first year of their first mandate.
Why is it important?
Uses a longitudinal design, in order to capture workplace learning. Participants were from the lowest executive level in the Brazilian three level political system.
