What is it about?
Over the last decade, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending firms in many countries have been promoted and are in existence to provide loans to the sections of informal societies. P2P business models are vastly different, with shorter turnaround times, and hassle-free logistics. Further, with the advances in digitization and in particular the advent of Industry 4.0, P2P firms are able to serve diverse stakeholders and requirements and yet abide by the existing regulatory framework. Adopting the SLR approach with content analysis this study attempts to illustrate the overall P2P business process, user requirements, and design considerations for an Industry 4.0 based on Enterprise Information System for P2P lending.
