What is it about?

Whilst Australia has the highest take-up of solar photovoltaics (PV) on residential freestanding homes in the world, strata properties, like units and townhouses, lag far behind. This study explores the reasons why strata properties have had limited adoption of PV. The paper then goes on to identify ways forward to increase this take-up rate.
