What is it about?
In this study, comparisons were made to examine the technical visibility of using blended limestone cement (Portland cement with limestone powder, PLC) to improve the fire resistance of cement-based rendering mortars after exposure to elevated temperatures. The findings of this study can provide valuable information for designers to properly select rendering mixture proportions to delay fracture failures that may occur due to fire accidents, which provides more time to evacuate the residents.
