What is it about?

The entrepreneurial intention-action gap (EIA) is an intricate phenomenon as we aim to understand why some individuals with entrepreneurial intentions (EI) do not engage in entrepreneurial action (business start-up). We test the psychological capital (PsyCap) components (hope, self-efficacy, optimism, resilience) as mediators of the EIA gap and conducts a comparative analysis between social and commercial entrepreneurs.
