What is it about?

This study examined the relationship between mental health literacy and mental health help-seeking behaviours in university students in the UK. It finds that there is no relationship between how much people know about mental health and what their attitudes are about seeking mental health care. Universities should work toward making professional help accessible and making the experience of being a student less stressful.
