What is it about?

This article outlines how clients of a mental health charity experienced the COVID-19 pandemic. We learned that despite all the many hardships and tragedies of that time, many of our clients coped well and even thrived with the support of the online wellbeing activities and digital mental health support that was quickly put in place. The article describes how offering one-to-one support, online therapeutic provision and training in using digital platforms developed the organisation and promoted the wellbeing of clients and community. We discuss our learning from this time and the lasting changes we have made to the service.
