Why is it important?

The research focused the application of CUM, dispelling the ambiguities that has plagued the strategy for decades. While comprehensive is defined as sectoral focus, Integration is more institutional based. However CUM takes on a added dimension of targeting four most significant concerns on urbanisation in Kingston, Jamaica. This is a preferred approach instead of the current approach of trying to cover all sectors at the same time, appreciating their interconnectedness.
