What is it about?

This study explores how Israeli elementary school principals experience self-fulfillment in their work. Through interviews with 19 principals, it identifies two types of self-fulfillment: as an attitude and as an achievement. The findings reveal four themes: values and vision, caring for others, educational change, and acknowledgment of impactful achievements, highlighting their unique challenges and rewards.
