What is it about?
Today’s work environment is faced with unique factors and each of these factors not only changes the work environment, but they also significantly drive or minimize employee motivation. To support motivation in a dynamic, complex work environment, organizational leaders may support motivational work environments by supporting employee’s engagement in spiritual practice at work as spiritual practices like yoga, prayer, and meditation may not only fulfill an employees’ motivated needs but may create a work environment were employees are able to pursue their true purpose in the workplace.
