What is it about?

This study explores our firsthand experiences of working from home during the COVID-19 lockdown in Melbourne, Australia. We focus on the sensory changes—like sounds, sights, and physical sensations—and how they affected our work and personal lives. The findings reveal how these sensory experiences helped us adapt to the challenges of remote work.
