What is it about?

Within a selection of project oriented organizations, the work explores how the firms used process improvement activities to develop and adapt how they delivered value to their customers. The different contexts provided a range of perspectives and insights on the issue, from firms attempting the deliver traditional cost based savings, to others using process improvement to change how they conceptualized their business.
