Why is it important?

This study is important as there is limited literature on the topic in emerging market countries. Overall, we found larger group differences in this context than North America and Western Europe. Recommendations to organizations operating in more culturally diverse environments are made.

Perspectives

Emerging markets offer a unique and interesting perspective in support of the current literature on assessment centers. This offers researchers potentially new and untapped avenues of research.
