What is it about?

A model composed of HRM infrastructure (HRM cooperative policy, integrative core competence, and integrative technological infrastructure), internal communication process (formal and informal) and integrating process (consistency of HRM practices at the subsystem and individual levels).

Why is it important?

We propose that actual integration mechanisms help to coordinate between the different HRM functions and contribute to cooperation among HRM staff. The results of actual integration, such as collaboration and synergy, may have a positive influence on organizational effectiveness.

Perspectives

HRM integration as social activity can help to understand coordination, group process and thereby improve future integration in social communities groups.
