Why is it important?

Dementia will probably affect one in three adults in thirty years. We need to understand the disease and develop ways of supporting people who have dementia. This resource uses virtual reality technology to support the simulation experience.

Perspectives

The Centre for Excellence in Learning Enhancement (CELE) developed the resource to support students' learning within Coventry University. However, the resource has many uses in the health care sector and can be adapted for many other simulations. CELE is committed to developing world leading resources which enrich the student experience and also have a positive influence on society and how we live in the 21st century.
