We develop a scale HiEduQual to measure higher education service quality and tests the marketing theory that the effect service quality on student satisfaction, loyalty and motivation in indian universities.

Why is it important?

We identified new set of service quality variables in higher education services. The scale HiEduQual meets psychometric properties and tested for validity and reliable. We also tested marketing theory effect of service quality on student satisfaction, loyalty and motivation in higher educational services. Testing this marketing theory in higher educational services and along with student motivation adding knowledge and evidence to existing field of discipline.
