Previous research on the subject has generally been confined to case studies or literature reviews. This research takes a broad-based quantitative approach across many organisations.
Perspectives
Having been engaged with a number of nonprofit community organisations, I found that knowledge management was not a high priority. This paper attempts to highlight deficiencies in this area and encourage greater participation in knowledge management activities.
