Individual knowledge measurement: organizational knowledge measured at the individual level

What is it about?

Professionals working together in a knowledge intensive industry share common industry knowledge. This study finds that, even though much substantive knowledge is shared in the investment management industry, there are differences in the fundamental types of knowledge used in employing a variety of investment strategies and in serving various client groups.
