What is it about?

This study attempt to answers how does halal company identity, include halal identity similarity, halal identity distinctiveness and halal identity prestige, influence customer satisfaction and customer trust of halal restaurants? How do customer satisfaction and customer trust affect customer-company identification of halal restaurants? and How does customer-company identification affect halal restaurant loyalty?

I hope that this paper can support halal business owners to consider how to enhance halal customer loyalty based on halal company identity with the role of customer satisfaction, trust and customer company identity.
