Tutor and international student perspectives on an action research project: use of a business strategy simulation with mixed nationality cohorts

What is it about?

There are various reasons why international students may do less well than domestic students on university business courses. An Action Research project was conducted over a four year period. We show how using a business simulation, with academic and language support, can contribute to improving student engagement and performance.
