The three enablers of sustainability intelligence

What is it about?

If there is one place where creating sustainable mindsets and developing sustainability intelligence is crucial, it is management education. We describe ‘sustainability intelligence’ while measuring the impact of a Global Leadership Skills (GLS) program that was developed and implemented for master’s students at Antwerp Management School in Belgium. The findings show how students are enabled to develop sustainability integration intelligence by focusing on self-awareness, global perspective and societal consciousness.
