What is it about?

This study explores the impact of digital overload on job autonomy and satisfaction among civil servants in the Nigerian public sector. Findings indicate that ICT use contributes to digital overload, which negatively affects job autonomy, subsequently reducing job satisfaction. Addressing digital overload and promoting job autonomy are crucial for improving satisfaction and performance.
