What is it about?
While AI adoption is increasingly recognized as essential, there remains a gap in understanding how to effectively implement it. This paper examines how HR competencies, Open innovation, financial support, and IT infrastructure influence the successful adoption of AI in recruitment. Using the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capability Framework, the study demonstrates that AI adoption enhances organizational capabilities, contributing to competitive advantage and intellectual capital growth. The findings emphasize the role of HR professionals in facilitating AI integration and navigating the complexities of AI-driven recruitment.
