Perspectives

Capturing cognitive process of managing conflict management among software employees using qualitative and quantitative techniques makes this paper unique. Vignette methodology and elicitation studies were conducted to capture the attitude of employees towards "process conflict". SEM technique to test the TPB model and multiple behavioural choices (integrating, dominating) makes this paper special.
