What is it about?
Research in hotels and a restaurant illustrate that employees are enthusiastic about integrating service automation into the hospitality industry. The findings show that employees are enthusiastic but that many of the manual tasks, especially in housekeeping and maintenance, will be very difficult to automate for some time to come.
