What is it about?
Patient satisfaction is strongly associated with adherence to healthcare services and health outcomes. Hence, it can contribute to good health, which is essential for overall socioeconomic development. Therefore, providing quality healthcare services in developing countries, such as Ethiopia, is a vital issue. The current study indicated that inpatients’ overall satisfaction with healthcare services in the hospital was limited. It requires improvements in many areas, such as medical supplies, facilities, sanitation, and human resources. Evidence-based interventions with strong monitoring and evaluations are needed to bring about significant improvements.
