Grounded accountability in life-and-death high-consequence healthcare settings

What is it about?

Practices of accountability from business are assumed to also apply in healthcare. We ask people in hospitals to share their experiences of when something unexpected goes wrong. We study these and propose the new idea of “grounded accountability”.
