Increasing number of SIEs are looking for careers in emerging markets and cross cultural career contexts. It is important to understand what KSAs and qualities are valuable as grounds for staffing, and how different staffing groups compare to each other.
Perspectives
China is a challenging labour market, which is evolving rapidly. Increasing numbers of western individuals, both skilled and non-skilled are looking for career opportunities with a hope for success.
