What is it about?

This study examines how stress, emotion regulation, and resilience affect the mental health of Third Culture Kids (TCKs)—children who have moved internationally due to their parents' jobs. The research found that stress significantly impacts their well-being, while resilience helps protect against mental health issues. The findings suggest that managing stress and building resilience are key to helping TCKs adapt to the challenges of living in different cultures.
