Ethnic disparity in mental health legislation at the point of inpatient entry: pilot review in detained adolescents with developmental disorders

What is it about?

People from ethnic minority groups who have developmental disorders are significantly over represented in secure forensic adolescent services. They are also more likely to be admitted to secure hospitals after coming into contact with the criminal justice system than white British service users.
